નીટ-યુજી પરીક્ષા સ્થગિત કરવાની અરજી ફગાવાઇ
નવી દિલ્હી દિલ્હી હાઇકોર્ટે 17 જુલાઇના રોજ થનારી નીટ-યુજી 2022ની પરીક્ષા સ્થગિત કરવાની માંગ કરતી અરજી ફગાવી છે. કોર્ટે કહ્યું કે અરજદાર વિદ્યાર્થી છે એટલે કડક વલણ નથી અપનાવાયું. જસ્ટિસ સંજીવ નરુલાએ કહ્યું કે જો કોઇ અન્ય હોત તો કોર્ટ અરજી ફગાવવા ઉપરાંત દંડ પણ કરી શકતી હતી.

Pharmacy (M.Pharm.) Courses: Academic Year 2022-2023
For the admission to first year of Master of Engineering/Technology (M.E/M.Tech.) and Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm.) in Govemment, Grant- in aid and Self-financed Institutes in Gujarat State, on State Quota of all institutions and voluntarily surrendered Management quota seats by self-financed institutes, the Government of Gujarat has decided to carry out web based online admission process for the academic year 2022-23. 1. The candidate shall have passed B.E/B.Tech, or equivalent examination with minimum50% (45% for SC/ST/SEBC/EWS candidates) at qualifying exam for M.E/M.Tech courses or B.Pharm, with minimum 55% (50% for SC/ST/SEBC/EWS candidates) at qualifyin exam for M. Pharm. courses for seeking admission into post Graduate disciplines and its
specializations as per Appendix-l of prevailing Post Graduate Engineering/Technology & Pharmacy Admission Rules 2020 and all its subsequent amendment duly fulfilling all
prevalling AICTE/PCI norms.
2. The candidates whose final semester results or result of any backlog in previous semester are awaited, can also apply but they shall have to pass qualifying examination as mentioned in Appendix-l of prevailing Post Graduate Engineering/Technology & Pharmacy Admission rules. However merit number in such cases will be allotted, if mark sheet and provisional degree certificate of passing qualifying exam is furnished/uploaded within the scheduled time limit.
3.The candidates are advised to read carefully important instructions/guidelines before applying online (All available on committee's website). However in case of a candidate applying without being eligible, his/her application will be summarily rejected and his/her application fee will be forfeited. No correspondence will be entertained in this matter. For online registration, candidate shall have to visit web site https://gujacpa.nic.in between 06/07/2022 (From 2:00 PM. onwards) to 18/7/2022. Please note that, candidate shall not be allowed to register online after 5:00 P.M. on 18/07/2022. 5. The aspiring candidate not having internet facility can avail the same at Cyber Space Centers designated by admission committee without paying any charges. (The list is available on committee's website www.jacpcldce.ac.in). Duly following all Covid-19 protocols like social distancing and by obeying all such instructions of Government, candidates can do online registration at any such Cyber space-centre if needed.
The working hours of designated Cyber Centers are from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Public Holidays. 7. The candidate shall have to complete the registration process by uploading all relevant
8. documents and paying registration fees (Non-refundable) of INR 500/- per discipline applied for through online mode only. All GATE/GPAT qualified candidates, Non-GATE/Non-GPAT candidates and all sponsored candidates shall have to register online to become aligible for further admission process. Please note that no other means of registration are available.
9. There is no need to submit or verify any document in person. The entire admission process is completely online.
10. The candidates are advised to visit the admission committee websites, and through Log-in to online portal using their User ID and password regarding various announcements, process and other guidelines on day to day basis.
11. After admitting GATE/GPAT qualified candidates having valid GATE/GPAT qualifying marks, the unfilled seats, if any will be filled as per merit secured in PGCET-2022.
12. The PGCET-2022 shall be conducted on 30/07/2022 and 31/07/2022 at four different centers in Gujarat. The detailed PGCET-2022 schedule and other details are available on the committee's website.
13. All Non-GATE/Non-GPAT candidates including sponsored (Non-GATE/ Non-GPAT) shall have to appear in PGCET-2022 to become eligible for admission. However GATE/GPAT qualified candidates have not to appear in PGCET-2022.
14. The sponsored shall be filled as per Govt. of Gujarat Post Graduate Admission
Rules, Guidelines and AICTE Guidelines.
15. No separate call letter will be issued for appearing in PGCET-2022.

શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૨-૨૩ માટે પ્રવેશ પાત્રતા ધરાવતા ધો.૧૨ પછીના ડિગ્રી હોટેલ એન્ડ ટુરીઝમ મેનેજર્ન્મેન્ટ(BHTM) અને ડિપ્લોમા પછી ડિગ્રી હોટેલ એન્ડ ટુરીઝમ મેનેજમેન્ટ અભ્યાસક્રમમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે રાજ્ય સરકારે પ્રવેશ વર્ષ ૨૦૨૨ દરમ્યાન ઓફલાઈન પ્રવેશ કાર્યવાહી કરવાનું નક્કી કરેલ છે. જેની કાર્યવાહી અગામી તા. ૦૬/૦૭/૨૦૨૨ના રોજ શરૂ થના૨ છે. માર્ગદર્શન માટે પ્રવેશ સમિતિના ૨૪ ક્લાક કાર્યરત હેલ્પલાઈન નંબ૨ઃ ૦૭૯ ૨૬૫૬૬૦૦ ઉપર આપ સંપર્ક કરી શકો છો.
પ્રવેશ યોગ્યતાઃ ધો.૧૨ પછીના ડિગ્રી હોટેલ એન્ડ ટુરીઝમ મેનેજમેન્ટ (BHTM) અભ્યાસક્રમ માટે ધોરણ ૧૨ની પરીક્ષા કુલગુણના ૪૫ % (અનામત વર્ગના ઉમેદવારો માટે ૪૦ ૪) કે તેથી વધુ અને માન્ય બોર્ડ પૈકી કોઇપણ એક જ બોર્ડમાંથી તમામ વિષય ઉતીર્ણ થયેલ હોય તેવા ઉમેદવારો. પ્રવેશ યોગ્યતાઃ ડિપ્લોમા પછી ડિગ્રી હોટેલ એન્ડ ટુરીઝમ મેનેજમેન્ટ (ત્રીજા
સેમેસ્ટરમાં સીધા પ્રવેશ) માટે AICTE ના પ્રવર્તમાન નિયમો અન્વયે ડિપ્લોમા
હોટેલ મેનેજમેન્ટની પરીક્ષામાં પરીક્ષા કુલગુણના ૪૫% (અનામત વર્ગના
ઉમેદવારો માટે ૪૦%) કે તેથી વધુ ગુણ સાથે પાસ કરેલ હોવી જોઈએ. સદર કાર્યવાહી માટે જરૂરી Appllcation Form (અરજીપત્રક) www.jacpcldce.ac.in ઉપ૨ ઉપલબ્ધ છે. આ Application Form (અરજીપત્રક)ની પ્રિન્ટ લઈ જરૂરી માહિતી ભરીને અરજીપત્રકમા દર્શાવ્યા મુજબના જરૂરી પ્રમાણપત્રોની સ્વપ્રમાણિત નકલ તથા ACPC-GTERS, Payable at Ahmedabadના નામનો રૂ. ૩૦૦/-નો ડીમાન્ડ ડ્રાફ્ટ (Non-Refundable) જોડી નીચે દર્શાવ્યા મુજબના સરનામા ખાતે તા. ૦૬/૦૭/૨૦૨૨ થી ૦૯/૦૮/૨૦૨૨ દરમ્યાન ટપાલ કે કુરિયરથી જમા કરાવવાના રહેશે. ઓફલાઈન કાઉન્સેલિંગ દરમ્યાન ઉમેદવારે તેમના અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો ફરજીયાતપણે ચકાસણી માટે પ્રસ્તુત કરવાના રહેશે અન્યથા તેમનું નામ પ્રવેશ યાદીમાંથી કમી કરવામાં આવશે. પ્રવેશ અરજી જમા કરાવ્યા બાદના આગળના કાર્યક્રમ જેવા કે મેરીટ અને ઓફલાઈન કાઉન્સેલિંગ તેમજ પ્રવેશ યોગ્યતા, પ્રવેશ માટે ઉપલબ્ધ સંસ્થા તેમજ બેઠકો માટેની વિગતો સમિતિની વેબસાઈટ www.jacpcldce.ac.in/d2dph.asp ઉ૫૨ જાહેર કરવામાં આવશે જેની લાગુ પડતા સર્વે ઉમેદવારોએ નોંધ લેવી.
